A Day in The Life
- Lead strategy and execution of brand and non-brand campaigns across national/local levels and seasonal or evergreen efforts
- Continuously optimize campaigns to meet and exceed primary and secondary KPIs
- Use keyword research and social listening to plan launches, test ad copy, and maintain keyword and negative lists aligned with EWC’s voice
- Manage and automate eCommerce feeds via Google Merchant Center
- Improve ad relevance by reviewing quality score components and collaborating with SEO
- Optimize for high-impact conversions using value-based bidding strategies
- Build dashboards and monitor performance using enterprise reporting tools
- Collaborate with CRM, product, and creative teams to align media insights with broader marketing goals
- Conduct campaign audits and identify new growth opportunities
- Support additional projects as needed

Education and Experience
- 3+ years in online advertising with hands-on PPC management, including eCommerce (Shopping) campaigns
- Proven experience with Google Performance Max (1+ year) and advanced GA4 skills (custom events, funnels, conversions)
- Skilled in managing enterprise tag solutions like Google Tag Manager or Adobe Launch
- Experienced in running and analyzing A/B and multivariate tests to inform strategy
