This is a Full Time Position that would have the following responsibilities:  -Warranty Management and Compliance-Homeowner Relations-Conflict Resolution-Team Leadership and Training-Residential Construction Knowledge-Subcontractor/vendor coordination-Service Request Resolution-Budget and Cost Control-Quality Assurance and InspectionsRequirements-2+ years experience managing post-construction warranty services for residential homebuilder.-Resume demonstrates success at leading a small team and improving team performance – direct supervisor/evaluator of technicians.-Resume demonstrates success with customer satisfaction ratings.-Resume demonstrates experience with quality assurance/inspection processes.
