About the Role
We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Product Manager with a strong background in building SaaS and ERP solutions, combined with proven project management expertise. You will play a key role in driving the product vision, roadmap, and execution for our enterprise-grade software solutions, ensuring alignment with customer needs, market trends, and business goals.The position will need to build a Fuel Delivery Management SaaS product that can integrate with multiple systems across web, mobile applications, and IoT devices.
The ideal candidate will have experience building technology in the fleet management solutions, ERP, or logistics space, as well as a penchant for thinking ahead–nobody has done anything like this before!
What You Will Be Doing
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch and continuous improvement.
- Define and maintain product roadmaps, feature prioritization, and go-to-market strategies.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, UX, customer support, and sales teams to deliver high-quality software products.
- Gather and synthesize customer feedback, market research, and competitive analysis to drive product direction.
- Translate business requirements into clear product specifications and user stories.
- Ensure solutions align with best practices in SaaS architecture, multi-tenancy, and ERP frameworks.
- Lead project planning, timelines, and resource management, ensuring on-time delivery within scope and budget.
- Gathering customer feedback, UAT sessions and measuring/managing NPS post launch.
- Identifying root cause of product issues and synthesizing your own analysis and succinct recommendations for a path forward.
- Communicate product strategy and updates to stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, making data-driven decisions for future iterations.
- Drive product adoption and customer success by working closely with Customer Success and Support teams.
What You Should Have
- 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 2+ years building SaaS or ERP solutions.
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems, business workflows, and enterprise software environments.
- Proven track record of managing complex software projects and delivering successful outcomes.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and product management tools (e.g., Jira, Aha!, Trello).
- Experience working with cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Strong technical acumen to work effectively with development teams.
- Preferred: Consulting experience
