Role Summary


Remodel Health is looking for a Head of Product to lead our market-leading ICHRA platform, drive product innovation, and manage a team of product managers. This role will work closely with engineering, sales, and marketing to ensure our product meets customer needs and supports our rapid growth. You will collaboratively shape the product roadmap, communicate vision, hear the voice of the customer and prospect, stay up to date in the market, and prepare for scale into the future. As part of the leadership team, you will help drive the strategic direction of the company and find new ways to increase our value to the organizations we serve.

Key Responsibilities


  • Develop and own the product strategy and roadmap, aligning with company goals.
  • Lead and grow the product management team & design team, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Conduct customer and market research to identify new opportunities. Grow the Product Marketing function in collaboration with marketing
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration between product, engineering, and business teams.
  • Define and track key product KPIs and success metrics.
  • Guide the evolution of the platform to improve usability, adoption, and scalability.
  • Ensure compliance and data security across all products
  • Work with marketing and sales to ensure successful product launches.
  • Work with a company SME on developing additional products to serve existing customers to prepare for ICHRA at Scale
  • Work with the internal team to drive automation to improve member experience and increase efficiency

Qualifications


  • 7+ years of experience in product management, including 3+ years in leadership roles.
  • Proven experience in SaaS, health benefits, or HR technology.
  • Fintech experience a plus
  • Understanding of the ICHRA market and health insurance landscape a plus.
  • Excellent strategic thinking, leadership, and execution skills.
  • Experience with agile methodologies, user research, and analytics.
