About the Role
As a Clinical Supervisor, you will provide therapy and intensive case management to adults in our Housing Services program. You’ll also supervise and guide a team of dedicated care providers, helping clients remain stably housed and supported through trauma-informed, person-centered care. This is a leadership role with both clinical and administrative responsibilities.
What You'll Do
- Deliver behavioral health assessments, clinical interventions, and individualized treatment planning.
- Provide individual supervision and care team oversight to up to five staff members.
- Perform home and community visits aligned with client care plans.
- Lead interdisciplinary team meetings and case conferences.
- Ensure timely, high-quality documentation in the electronic health record.
- Support program improvement initiatives and new client onboarding.
What We’re Looking For:
- Master’s Degree in Social Work or Counseling
- Maryland license (LCSW-C or LCPC) required
- Supervisor registration with the Board of Social Work Examiners preferred
- 3+ years of experience with therapy and case management for clients with mental health and substance use disorders
- 1+ year of supervisory experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of harm reduction, motivational interviewing, and Housing First principles
- Valid Maryland driver’s license and access to personal vehicle required
