Hiring Range:


The hiring range for this position is

$27.50 - $34.50 p/hour.

This is the pay scale range Caltrol reasonably expects to pay for this position at the time of this posting. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and may vary based on geographic region, skills, qualifications, and experience of the candidate, along with the requirements of the position.

What you'll be doing:


  • Design, develop, and implement engaging learning programs and materials for a range of roles and skill levels.
  • Collaborate and partner with Business Unit leaders and subject matter experts to align training with business needs. 
  • Conduct training needs analysis to evaluate and measure results, identify gaps, improvements, modifications, and enhancements for most impact and relevance.
  • Facilitate and assist with virtual and in-person instructor-led courses.  
  • Manage UKG learning management system.
  • Collaborate with HR team to help drive initiatives.

What we’re looking for:


  • Minimum 3 years of experience in learning and development or related field.
  • Proven ability to design, implement, and evaluate training programs.  
  • Knowledge of adult learning and design principles.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills. 
  • Strong experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). 
  • A proactive, ownership-driven mindset.  

Preferred: 


  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Experience with e-learning software.

Work Environment / Hours:


Monday - Friday. Days and hours may vary based on business needs. Standard office environment and a hybrid (work from home) flexible schedule.

Physical Demands: 


Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer and a telephone. A standing desk may be available if accommodations are required. 

Travel:


Travel within the Caltrol territory (AZ, CA, NV).
