The Due Diligence and National Accounts Analyst is a critical component in supporting the launch and ongoing due diligence processes for our Independent Broker Dealer clients. The Analyst will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the successful onboarding and continuous engagement of Peachtree’s investment products on various platforms.
Role and Responsibilities:
Due Diligence & RFP Management:Prepare, complete, and manage Request for Proposals (RFPs) and Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs) for IBDs evaluating Peachtree’s investment offerings, including funds and Delaware Statutory Trusts (DSTs).Platform & Partner Updates:Regularly update Broker-Dealers (BDs), third-party diligence partners, and alternative investment platforms (e.g., CAIS, iCapital) with fund performance, sales data, and quarterly reporting information.Fund Launch Support:Assist with the diligence and launch process for new funds by coordinating with third-party reporting and research firms such as Snyder Kearney, Mick Law, and FactRight.Marketing & Distribution Coordination:Collaborate with the SVP, National Accounts to facilitate product launches at BDs, ensuring marketing materials and fund information are properly distributed and published on BD websites and portals.Salesforce & Reporting Support:Provide support to National Accounts by maintaining accurate data and reports in Salesforce and assisting with ad hoc reporting requests.Data Room Management:Work closely with Product Managers to create, organize, and maintain data rooms for Peachtree’s investment products, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.Marketing Opportunity Execution:Support the National Account Manager in identifying and capitalizing on marketing initiatives within the BD syndicate and across platform distribution opportunities.Event Coordination & Publicity:Serve as a liaison between the Marketing team and Director of Events to help promote and maximize Peachtree’s visibility through conference sponsorships and industry events.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in financial services, preferably in a due diligence, product management, or national accounts support role
- Familiarity with alternative investments, DSTs, and independent broker-dealer channels
- Strong attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite
- Self-starter with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
