We are seeking a strategic and technically proficient Senior Manager, Marketing Systems & Insights to lead the optimization and oversight of our marketing technology stack, analytics infrastructure, and digital execution channels. This role ensures that marketing systems, performance reporting, and digital content are aligned with business goals and built to scale effectively.
As a cross-functional partner to marketing, sales, advice, and IT teams, this individual will own the performance of core systems, manage full-funnel marketing reporting, and support digital execution—including emails, landing pages, website content, and SEO optimization—to drive engagement and operational excellence.SPECIFIC DUTIES:
Marketing Systems & Platform Management
- Lead strategy, daily operations, and optimization of the marketing technology stack, including Salesforce Marketing Cloud, web CMS platforms, analytics tools, and AI-powered solutions.
- Build and manage emails and landing pages aligned with campaign requirements and brand standards.
- Oversee updates and structure of the corporate website, ensuring strong user experience and technical performance.
- Partner with internal teams and vendors to ensure seamless integration and effective use of martech platforms, including AI tools for content generation, personalization, and predictive analytics.
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows for lead routing, segmentation, and attribution using automation and machine learning models.
Website Management & SEO
- Own the management of website content, architecture, and updates in collaboration with design, content, and IT teams.
- Implement and monitor on-page and technical SEO best practices, including metadata, page structure, indexing, and site speed optimization.
- Utilize AI tools to support content recommendations, dynamic personalization, and SEO strategy enhancements.
- Ensure digital properties are optimized to improve discoverability, user experience, and performance across search engines.
Analytics, Reporting & Insights
- Define and maintain a robust marketing analytics framework, including dashboards, KPIs, and campaign performance reports.
- Build scalable infrastructure to support funnel metrics, ROI tracking, and marketing attribution across the customer journey.
- Integrate AI-powered analytics platforms to enhance real-time insights, audience segmentation, and forecasting.
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for marketing leadership and business stakeholders.
Governance & Enablement
- Lead documentation, training, and enablement related to marketing platforms, workflows, and AI-assisted tools.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations such as HIPAA, GDPR, and CAN-SPAM.
- Participate in Agile projects and technology evaluations as a representative of marketing operations and analytics.
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- 5+ years in marketing operations, analytics, or marketing systems management.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and building email, landing page assets and workflows/journeys.
- Experience managing web content and structure using CMS platforms.
- Working knowledge of technical and on-page SEO, including tools like Google Search Console, SEMrush, or Screaming Frog.
- Familiarity with Salesforce CRM, Google Analytics, and data visualization tools such as Power BI.
- Experience with ABM platforms (e.g., Demandbase, 6Sense) and campaign measurement frameworks.
- Experience using AI tools for marketing automation, content generation, performance analysis, or predictive modeling is highly desirable.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and project management skills.
- Industry experience in regulated sectors (insurance, financial services, healthcare) is a plus.
- Basic understanding of HTML and CSS to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Relevant certifications in marketing automation, SEO, analytics, or AI/machine learning in marketing preferred.
