Drive Marketing Impact Where Care Gets Delivered
We’re looking for a Senior Director of Marketing to lead the full marketing lifecycle for our Residential Care Software portfolio—spanning post-acute and long-term care settings such as home medical equipment, home infusion, home health, hospice, skilled nursing, assisted living, and care coordination. This leader will own the marketing strategy and execution model across a broad commercial portfolio, guiding how we activate demand, bring solutions to market, and build lasting value with customers and partners.
The role will shape both the strategy and the machinery of modern SaaS marketing—from pipeline generation to partner marketing to go-to-market readiness. You’ll report to the Vice President, Global Provider Marketing, and work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and our executive team to scale growth and brand relevance in one of healthcare’s most dynamic and fast-growing segments.
What You’ll Own
1. Strategy & Leadership
- Lead development of the integrated marketing strategy across the residential care software business.
- Set annual and quarterly marketing plans tied to business objectives, segment priorities, and revenue targets.
- Define and manage key marketing KPIs, aligning with Sales and Product to ensure shared accountability.
- Build and lead a team of marketers and agency partners, optimizing for agility, specialization, and business impact.
2. Go-to-Market Execution
- Translate roadmap and market opportunities into clear GTM strategies, messaging frameworks, and activation plans.
- Develop segment-specific strategies to engage providers across home-based and facility-based care, across large enterprise networks, and regional operators.
3. Demand Generation & Revenue Marketing
- Own the full-funnel demand generation engine: digital, ABM, outbound, events, and channel-led tactics.
- Partner with sales leadership to drive pipeline creation and acceleration across high-priority segments.
- Leverage marketing ops, automation, and CRM tools to measure ROI and optimize performance across programs.
- Test, learn, scale—continually refine campaign performance using clear metrics and disciplined experimentation.

- Build and execute partner marketing strategies that drive channel alignment, co-marketing value, and pipeline contribution.
- Collaborate with partner and business development teams to position our platform ecosystem effectively.
- Create scalable partner campaign templates, enablement tools, and messaging playbooks.
5. Cross-Functional Alignment
- Act as a trusted marketing voice with Sales, Product, Legal, Compliance, and Customer Success.
- Support account-based strategies with tailored messaging, tools, and field programs.
- Surface customer insights and competitive trends to inform product and commercial strategy.
What You Bring
- 10–15+ years in B2B marketing with deep expertise in SaaS—ideally across demand generation, revenue marketing, product marketing, and partner marketing.
- You thrive when leading marketing in regulated industries -- like healthcare, healthtech, or life sciences -- because you know that’s often where outsized impact and scale meet.
- Proven ability to generate pipeline and revenue through integrated, performance-driven marketing programs.
- You think like a builder and operator. You’ve helped large organizations move at a startup’s pace—cutting through complexity, launching fast, and iterating often.
- You bring proven frameworks and playbooks but know when to adapt them based on the market, sales motion, or internal realities.
- You’ve worked closely with Sales, and Product —and earned their trust by delivering results.
- Data-driven and outcomes-focused. You know your metrics and how to act on them.
- Experience managing multi-channel sales motions, including direct, inside, and partner-led routes to market.
- Bonus: you have strong GTM experience in post-acute care, long-term care, or related provider segments.
