Operations Intern

BPS Bioscience is seeking an Operations Intern to join our team! You will gain hands-on experience and learn the logistics process of shipping and receiving in a fast-paced life sciences company.

Job Duties-Maintain inventory via Microsoft Access-Add new products into a designated box in freezers and updating box location in the database-Assist in shipment preparation and packing up the shipping boxes-Pulling products shipping and sorting them into their shipping boxes-Print out datasheets, COAs, and MSDSs needed for shipping-Assist in large projects such as Freezer Cleanout and Box Counts-Swap out old freezer boxes with new ones-Organize shipping supplies-Check shipping labels to make sure they match the packing list-Check the clipboard against each packing list for accuracy-Assist in cleaning the shipping area and thawing out freezer doors weeklyQualifications:- Current high school student (16 years or older)- Organized and detail-oriented- Good communication skillsBPS Bioscience is an equal opportunity employer, without regard to race, color, religion, age, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other characteristic protected by applicable law.
