Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and log quality complaints reported by customers and stakeholders, ensuring timely acknowledgment and follow-up.
- Conduct comprehensive investigations of quality complaints, gathering data and insights from various sources, including manufacturing, quality control, and customer feedback.
- Compile investigation findings into detailed reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Quality Assurance, Manufacturing, and Regulatory Affairs, to ensure a robust response to complaints.
- Participate in trend analysis of complaints to identify systemic issues and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and company policies throughout the complaint investigation process.
- Maintain timely documentation and records of investigations per quality management system guidelines.

Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a quality assurance, complaint handling, or regulatory role within the pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device industries.
- In-depth knowledge of quality systems, regulatory requirements (FDA, ISO, etc.), and complaint management processes.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on root cause analysis and problem-solving.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective interaction with various stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple complaints simultaneously while maintaining high attention to detail.
- Proficient in using quality management systems and documentation tools.
