The Associate Implementation Consultant is an entry-level role responsible for supporting Digital Solutions (DS) implementation projects, developing technical knowledge of digital solutions, and gaining an understanding of supported Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) business processes. The Associate Implementation Consultant acts as the secondary technical resource in direct support to Implementation Consultants, Managing Consultants, and Lead Implementation Consultants within the Digital Solutions Practice.
This individual will join a team of environmental professionals that are well-versed in complex permitting, compliance, and modeling projects, and who are committed to furthering our vision as a globally recognized consulting company shaping environmental responsibility and creating distinction for employees, clients, and partners. This is a hybrid role, with the expectation to have an in-office presence. Flexible location with the ability to work at any of ALL4’s offices.Requirements
- Develop an understanding of key aspects of various Digital Solution software and systems (such as Enablon, Cority, Intelex, etc.).
- Assist in the development of project specific Training Guides for implemented solutions.
- Develop simple configuration skills for at least one Digital Solution.
- Support writing test scripts and perform testing to confirm solution is working as expected.
- Develop understanding of supported EHS business processes and collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and objectives.
- Provide direct project support to more experienced staff including Implementation Consultants, Managing Consultants, and Lead Implementation Consultants to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Demonstrate strong analytical and technical skills; coordinate with team members the review of project deliverables to ensure project compliance with ALL4’s Quality Assurance procedures.
- Continuously update knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Exhibit ALL4’s core values in all transactions both internally and externally.
- Meet billable hour and personal utilization targets.
- Professionally interact with client and partner contacts.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
- Engineering or applicable environmental/science/information technology degree and 0-3 years of Digital Solution implementation or EHS experience.
- Basic proficiency in information management solutions and related tools (such as BI reporting tools, O365 Suite, Power Apps, Power Automate, Python, Oracle, SQL Server etc.).
- Commitment to excellence and ALL4’s core values; openness to change, personal growth, and coaching.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; able to manage priorities and workflow proactively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including strong document production skills (proficiency in Word and Excel) and technical writing ability.
- Acute attention to detail.
