Duties and Role:

Provide technical and principal support for all Windows related servers/desktops, Virtual Desktop Infrastructure, Back End ESXi VMware platform and associated ancillaries within a Data Center, whilst supporting Incident Management for CSU Stavanger.

Specific Working Conditions:

Office conditions, adjusted working hours during exercise delivery (some long shifts), also to include weekend working.

Skill, Knowledge & Experience:

The candidate must have a currently active NATO COSMIC TOP SECRET security clearance
We are seeking an experienced Windows System Administrator with a virtualization background and skillset who will be supporting a multi-user computing environment.
Experience in Service Operation in a customer support focused approach within a CIS Support Unit and experience in management and use of related toolsets (e.g. ITSM).
