Trolling Job Order to support an exciting opportunity with the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA). Join a dynamic team working on a major initiative supporting the Department of Defense’s (DoD) Hybrid Cloud Infrastructure. This role offers the chance to contribute to strategic engineering and operational sustainment across a range of DoD systems, applications, users, mission partners, and customers—spanning both physical and virtual environments. You will be responsible for evaluating, designing, integrating, automating, and maintaining a highly redundant and scalable infrastructure to meet the evolving IT requirements of DoD mission partners.

Job Description:
Enterprise Network Architect provides expertise in management processes and acquisition procedures for Information and Automated Data Processing (ADP) systems. Provides expertise in program/ project/ engineering planning, acquisition, tracking and management. Has demonstrated knowledge to the extent necessary to understand, design, develop, test, select, implement, manage, and enhance a total, integrated system. Has demonstrated experience in the use of procedures and activities required to manage such a program.
What you’ll do:
- Provide subject matter expertise in management processes, engineering planning, and DoD acquisition procedures for IT and ADP systems.
- Support all phases of the acquisition lifecycle, including planning, procurement, tracking, and program execution.
- Assist with development, testing, selection, implementation, and enhancement of integrated information systems.
- Prepare and maintain detailed program plans, schedules, risk assessments, and performance reports.
- Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders, contractors, and government leads to ensure effective program execution.
- Apply industry best practices and standards for program and project management (e.g., PMBOK, DoD 5000 series).
- Track and manage program milestones, deliverables, and performance metrics.
- Provide analysis and recommendations to improve systems, policies, and procedures in support of DISA's mission.
Requirements
What we need:
- BA/BS in a related field.
- 5 years of broad- based automated data processing and/ or management experience.
- Proven expertise in supporting ADP systems through the full lifecycle—from planning and acquisition to implementation and enhancement.
- Demonstrated understanding of the processes and activities required to manage complex federal IT programs.
- Strong knowledge of DoD or DISA acquisition policies and procedures.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project tracking tools.
Clearance Level:
- Active DoD secret clearance.
