What You’ll Do
- Serve as a trusted partner to clients by delivering high-quality, prompt, and courteous support
- Respond to help desk inquiries and resolve front-line technical and payment-related issues
- Maintain and update client contact records and service documentation
- Train clients on systems and tools as needed
- Analyze and escalate urgent issues with clarity and efficiency
- Document workflows and contribute to knowledge base content
- Use service desk tools (like HappyFox) to organize, track, and categorize issues
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to resolve issues and improve the client experience
- Monitor file transfers and manage system files and reports
- Participate in a rotating on-call schedule outside standard business hours
- Engage in continuous improvement through training and performance feedback
What You Bring
- Associate’s degree or equivalent business experience
- 2+ years of technical help desk support experience
- Experience in financial services, banking, or ACH payment processing is strongly preferred
- Strong analytical and reconciliation skills
- Organized and detail-oriented, with excellent written documentation habits
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Windows operating systems
- Familiarity with SQL queries, XML, and JSON formats is a plus
- A proactive, client-first mindset with excellent verbal and written communication skills

This is a non-exempt, hourly position with an hourly rate of $26-$29 per hour.
