The candidate is responsible for overseeing and optimizing CRM data management across the organization, with a focus on driving pipeline generation through high-quality data. This individual will ensure the accuracy, integrity, enrichment, and accessibility of account, contact, and lead data within the CRM system. The role also involves managing relationships with external data providers and integrating CRM data with tools used by marketing, sales, and customer success teams.
What You’ll Do:
- CRM Data Management: Oversee the quality, accuracy, and consistency of account, contact, and lead data within the CRM system. Maintain and own field definitions in Salesforce (SFDC).
- Data Provider Management: Lead relationships and integrations with data vendors including ZoomInfo, Cognism, 6sense, G2, TrustRadius, Crossbeam, D&B, Rev, Clearbit, HG Insights, and Traction. Preference for experience with Tray or Zapier.
- Data Governance: Develop and implement governance policies to ensure data integrity and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- System Integration & Optimization: Collaborate with IT and other teams to ensure CRM data flows smoothly across platforms, improving workflows and data utilization.
- Reporting & Analysis: Generate actionable insights from CRM data to support sales, marketing, and customer success strategies.
What You Bring:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience: 8+ years in CRM data management, with hands-on experience managing account, contact, and lead data. Experience managing data providers such as ZoomInfo, Apollo.io, Lusha, and 6sense is required.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Salesforce, HubSpot, or other CRM platforms; familiarity with data analysis tools and third-party system integrations.
- Certifications: Salesforce Certified Administrator or similar certifications are highly desirable.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead teams and projects with a collaborative and strategic approach.
- Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into business-driving insights.
- Experience with automation and integration tools such as Tray.io or Zapier.
- In-depth understanding of B2B marketing and sales data workflows.
- Familiarity with intent data platforms and data enrichment strategies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
