Analytica, LLC is searching for a qualified candidate to fill the position of
Clinical Subject Matter Expert (SME).
This role will provide expert clinical insight, operational guidance and strategic input to support the program. The position will be onsite at Falls Church, VA or San Antonio, TX, with remote work options as approved.
Responsibilities include (but not limited to):
- Provide subject matter expertise on clinical workflows, standards of care, and healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA, Joint Commission).
- Collaborate with developers, analysts, and program managers to translate clinical needs into system specifications and data requirements.
- Participate in the development, testing, and validation of clinical modules within the THANOS system.
- Review program deliverables for clinical accuracy and compliance.
- Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback on clinical system enhancements.
- Develop and deliver training or documentation on clinical use cases, workflows, and system features.
- Identify gaps in clinical functionality and recommend solutions or enhancements.
- Support change management and user adoption efforts through outreach and education.
- Monitor clinical impact of the program and assist with metrics, reporting, and evaluation
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in a healthcare-related field.
- Experience with Agile development environments.
- Certification in Health Informatics or related areas (e.g., AMIA, HIMSS, PMP).
- Background in clinical research or outcomes evaluation.
- Experience with clinical quality metrics and value-based care models.
- US Citizen
- Must have or be able to obtain and maintain a SECRET Clearance
