Position Overview


MCRA is on the lookout for a dynamic, self-driven, organized, and creative Administrative/Office Associate to join our fast-paced consulting team! The 

Administrative/Office Associate 


will be responsible for managing components of office operations and providing project support for various initiatives companywide.This role will also support companywide internal communications. The Associate will be responsible for partnering with multiple teams to develop the bi-monthly company newsletter, write content as needed, and maintain aspects of the company’s internal intranet website. The role will also support companywide emails and town halls as needed.The ideal candidate is someone who has strong organizational skills, adept at scheduling and using Microsoft Office products, excels in written communication, and is willing to take on increasing responsibility in a dynamic and growing firm.

They will be familiar with best practices for how to run an office, and able to adapt to changing systems and situations. This position will be based in MCRA's Washington, D.C. office (4-5 days in-office per week required).Essential Functions• Produces documents; collects, records, sorts and files information; handles mail; prepares routine reports; makes travel arrangements; arranges meetings and appointments; responds to inquiries; and operates office equipment.• Conducts a range of diverse administrative or staff functions, which may include finance, human resources, information technology, planning, supply, and other corporate services. Delivers administrative and related support services to the organization.Qualifications• High School Diploma or equivalent Req• Minimum of three (3) years administrative or secretarial experience, or equivalent combination of business school/secretarial training and job-related experience required$26 - $30 an hour
