  • This role 


    As a Sales Manager, you’ll be an integral part of our Direct Sales team, leading our Account Executives to success. You’ll also form part of our Sales Leadership team and will be instrumental in shaping our Canadian sales function. Your key focus areas will be: 

    • Ensuring we “win in Canada” and double our CA revenue by 2026
    • Ensuring 100% target attainment for all Canadian Account Executives
    • Expanding the team by recruiting and integrating new Account Executives.

    This will include:

    • Driving the performance of your team, ensuring individual and team sales targets are consistently exceeded
    • Coaching and nurturing your team through regular 1:1 meetings and tracking goals/KPIs
    • Streamlining systems & processes to achieve maximum efficiency and results
    • Reporting data and trends to highlight opportunities for strategic sales direction
    • Designing and implementing effective reporting (dashboards) in Salesforce
    • Leveraging sales automation, funnel management and performance improvement to accurately meet forecast sales and revenue targets
    • Working cross-functionally with enablement, marketing, sales teams, and sales operations to develop strategies and execution plans to generate revenue.

    • Proven experience leading a high-volume, high-velocity SaaS sales team (B2B)
    • A track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets 
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills 
    • A GSD attitude
    • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-change environment 
    • Exceptional coaching skills and the ability to bring out the best in B2B sales reps
