What You'll Do:


  • Design and implement a highly concurrent, scalable, and performant distributed system powering our AI agents.
  • Build and enhance secure networking protocols, real-time permissions systems, APIs, SDKs, and auditing solutions to meet demanding enterprise security standards.
  • Continuously explore, integrate, and innovate using cutting-edge AI models and frameworks to enhance system intelligence and reliability.

Requirements:


  • Authentic conviction that AI systems can improve outcomes for ourselves and our customers.
  • 7+ years of experience developing distributed systems in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP), preferably serving enterprise customers.
  • Strong systems background in operating systems, distributed architectures, networking, concurrency, and database fundamentals.
  • Expert command of Go, Rust, C, C++, or similar languages with an emphasis on high-performance, secure, systems-level programming.
  • Demonstrated experience with agentic AI systems leveraging advanced large language models (LLMs).
  • An AI-first approach, using modern AI tools to enhance software engineering practices, research, and product innovation.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills, proven leadership qualities, and strong communication capabilities.

Bonus Qualifications:


  • Experience in training custom AI models or implementing novel AI frameworks.
  • Background in cybersecurity, networking, or enterprise-scale permission systems.

Compensation:


  • $160K - $300K DOE + equity salary packages
  • Company sponsored benefits, including:
