- Report to Global Administrative & Facilities Manager.
- Manage incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and courier services efficiently
- Offer travel support, including visa applications and logistics
- Assist in planning and preparation of meetings, guest visits etc
- Work closely with the Country Manager and regional supporting functions (HR, Legal, Finance and IT) on projects and initiatives.
- Ensure office appearance, order and manage supplies
-Provide administrative support for office sustainability initiatives, including tracking resource usage, coordinating recycling programs, and assisting with compliance and reporting on environmental standards.
- Process and set up invoices, ensuring timely payments
- Plan and coordinate internal events and assist with organizing external events
- Serve as the primary point of contact for local teams
- Handle the general office functions such as facility management
- Closely working with the Country manager on routine tasks, proactive follow ups for ensuring closure
- Organizing and storing paperwork, documents and computer-based information
Qualifications
- Undergraduate Degree
- 3 to 5 years office admin or team assistant experience
- Excellent communication skills in English and Korean
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and confident in a fast-paced environment
- High level of confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism
- Pleasant personality
