This includes overseeing daily cash operations, managing banking relationships, optimizing working capital, and ensuring compliance with local regulations. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and operational skills, cross-border treasury experience, and the ability to influence financial strategy through robust reporting and planning. This person will also structure massive payments processes in the near future for the company development. What You Will Do
- Design and implement treasury strategies and processes aligned with corporate goals and regional operations.
- Drive cash flow forecasting and liquidity planning across multiple entities and currencies.
- Partner with FP&A to ensure alignment between operational cash flow reporting and long-term financial planning.
- Lead weekly treasury meetings to review cash positioning, receivables, and payment planning.
- Act as the primary liaison with external auditors for treasury-related matters.
- Identify opportunities for process automation and treasury systems improvements.
- Oversee day-to-day Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) operations, including payment approvals, reconciliations, and cash applications.
- Manage multi-currency bank accounts in US, CO, MX, PE, BO
- Prepare and present the weekly cash flow and payment approval deck.
- Supervise the preparation and submission of operational cash flow reports.
- Coordinate with operations and procurement to validate purchase orders (POs) and ensure compliance with invoicing protocols.
- Ensure timely and accurate daily bank reporting and dashboards.
- Lead collection efforts (receivables) and report progress in weekly finance reviews.
- Supervise third-party preparation of reports for Colombia's Banco de la República and ensure compliance.
- Review and manage travel-related purchases and vendor payments.
- Review and monitor contract compliance insurance policies
What You Bring Along
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Treasury or Finance, with at least 2 in a leadership or management role.
- Experience working with multinational operations across Latin America and the U.S.
- Knowledge of local banking regulations in Colombia, Mexico, Peru, and the U.S.
- Proven experience with ERP systems and treasury management tools
- English fluency
