Outside Sales Account Manager - Industrial Fluid Power

We currently have an exciting Fluid Power Outside Sales opportunity available based in the Dallas-Fort Worth TX metropolitan area. In this role you will develop new business while being assisted by our highly knowledgeable customer service team and supportive managers.  

Essential Functions


  • Work with your Manager to create a sales plan to develop new customers and maintain existing accounts
  • Full cycle prospecting activities including qualification of leads, cold calls, and sales presentations
  • Collaborate with knowledgeable customer service and technical support teams who will assist you in meeting and exceeding your goals
  • Utilization of tools, resources and CRM to plan and manage time and territory

Experience, Education & Skills


  • Bachelor’s degree in related discipline OR a 2-year technical degree, preferably in Fluid Power; OR any suitable combination of education, training, and work experience
  • 1-3 years industrial or technical outside sales experience
  • Application and troubleshooting experience with fluid power products and systems is preferred
  • Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
  • Valid driver's license
  • Occasional overnight travel may be required
