Executive Sales Assistant

Description


We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and ambitious Executive Sales Assistant to support the CEO in driving strategic sales efforts. This role is ideal for a motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to grow into a client-facing sales role. The Executive Sales Assistant will work closely with the CEO to support high-level sales initiatives, manage administrative sales functions, and facilitate the smooth execution of client engagements. Over time, this role will transition into managing a personal book of business and owning client relationships.

Key Responsibilities: 


  • Prepare customized sales proposals, presentations, and marketing materials for prospect and client meetings 
  • Set up and coordinate sales meetings, presentations, and follow-ups with current and prospective clients. 
  • Assist in preparing client budgets, proposals, and pricing packages in coordination with internal teams. 
  • Draft client project recaps and post-meeting summaries to ensure internal alignment and next steps. 
  • Track and organize sales data, client communications, and CRM updates. 
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all internal and external communications. 
  • Over time, build and manage individual client relationships and take ownership of a growing book of business.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in sales support or client services.
  • Exceptional organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong proficiency in Google Suite. 
  • Comfortable working closely with executive leadership and high-profile clients.
  • A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and ambition to grow into a sales role.
