What will I be doing?


As the VP, Marketing, you’ll act as a key member of the Senior Leadership team, you’ll lead a high-performing team based primarily in Ireland and Serbia, focused on accelerating LearnUpon’s growth and strengthening our market brand. You’ll be responsible for driving sustainable, scalable, marketing-led growth for the company. In addition, you’ll:

  • Develop and implement a multiyear marketing-led growth strategy, with a particular focus on demand generation, aligned with overall marketing and growth objectives.
  • Collaborate crossfunctionally with our Sales, Customer Experience, Partnerships, and Product teams to align on LearnUpon’s overall strategy, understanding lead quality and making data-driven adjustments to improve conversion rates.
  • Analyze marketing data and demand generation performance to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Partner closely with the Revenue Operations teams to establish and improve attribution, forecasting, and reporting on ROI, communicating results to LearnUpon leadership.
  • Lead on KPIs and metrics for demand generation initiatives in alignment with our Commercial, Sales and Finance teams.
  • Ensure LearnUpon has a best-in-class marketing technology stack that will support ongoing improvements in marketing efficiency.

What skills do I need?


We’re looking for a self-starter who adapts well to a fast moving environment and can get things done. You combine creativity, problem-solving and can-do attitude to overcome any challenge. How you treat people is a big deal for us. People love working with you. You’re helpful and generous with your time and knowledge. In addition, you’ll need:

  • At least 15 years’ in Marketing B2B SaaS roles with broad experience across all marketing disciplines, particularly positioning, demand generation and customer advocacy.
  • At least 5 years’ experience leading teams through significant growth phases.
  • Third level degree in a marketing or business-related discipline.
  • Experience in making data-driven decisions, leveraging customer and company metrics to inform marketing strategy.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proven track record of leading and mentoring a team to achieve exceptional results.
  • Be highly motivated and want to achieve something special with our company.

Not required but considered a plus


  • An eLearning / LMS background would be advantageous.
