About the Role: 


Bazaarvoice is looking for a Marketing Operations applications and analytics specialist to serve as a strategic business partner to top-line Marketing leadership. In this role, you'll be a key partner and leverage a mixture of strategy and execution skills to support our multiple levels of the global Marketing organization to leverage technology to drive our go-to-market objectives, optimize Campaigns, provide valuable funnel analytics insights and keeping data flowing across applications (marketo, LeanData, full circle insights, 6sense).

As a Marketing Operations applications and analytics specilist, you'll partner with the CMO and Marketing leadership to capture and execute on feedback troubleshoot, and work with analytics counterparts to uncover business insights and results.  

Primary Responsibilities: 


Lead strategic initiatives to improve the scalability, agility, and efficiency of the Bazaarvoice revenue operating model in its ability to identify, design, deliver, and improve solutions to our customers' business problems Proactively drive continuous improvement via process and tools optimization, process, or development of new process/policies that will drive sales productivity and scale as the organization grows Partner and network with the Insights & Data team to identify trends in the business and drive the dialogue, storytelling, and recommended plans of action with our Revenue Leaders Ability to understand high-level sales strategies, translate them into system and process requirements, and ensure local execution and business impact Complete qualitative and quantitative analysis as required to identify root cause deficiencies in the operating model or to track the effectiveness of improvements Enhance sales productivity by enabling the team to work smarter by simplifying processes and evaluating new sales automation tools to implement Own portfolio of sales tools & technologies; responsible for crafting a short-and-long term vision of how to optimize and add to the tools portfolio in order to drive sales efficiency and effectiveness Coordinate with Global Enablement to define and deliver training to facilitate the adoption of new field processes resulting from Business Operations initiatives Evaluate complicated, cross-functional objectives by developing frameworks to assess trade-offs, leveraging data to ensure balanced decision-making and development of cohesive go-to-market strategy. Drive creation of operating models including cross-functional roles and responsibilities and engagement guidelines (i.e., generalist versus specialist, existing sales team versus new sales team, etc). Conduct scoping of projects with stakeholders to understand business requirements, level of effort, owners, and timelines Hire, develop, and lead an inclusive, engaged, and high performing team 

About You: 


6+ years of related experience such as in Marketing operations, business operations, or other operations experience with demonstrated success in process improvement and delivering actionable insights. History of building repeatable processes, dealing with ambiguity, etc. (Consulting background a plus) Strong project management experience with demonstrated ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks and work within deadlines with little supervision Ability to frame business problems and communicate insights with a bias towards action Passionate for designing and constantly improving sales processes Strong organizational skills and process orientation Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work both independently & in a team environment Strong work ethic, desire to learn, and a drive to excel. Resourceful:  takes initiative to get things done without excuse Execution driven: focus on what matter, data driven and get things done #LI-Hybrid #LI-SR1
