Blink is looking for a Project Manager to join our Boston studio.
If you love working with innovative and exciting clients alongside creative individuals who are highly collaborative, this is the role for you!We are seeking an experienced and proactive Project Manager to lead and deliver medium-to-large scale projects across cross-functional teams. This role is responsible for driving project execution, managing timelines and deliverables, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring alignment with strategic business goals. The ideal candidate has a solid background in project management methodologies, excellent communication skills, and a track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.

What you will be doing:


  • Lead the planning, execution, and closure of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope and on budget.
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, resource allocations, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Facilitate regular project meetings, status updates, and stakeholder communications.
  • Monitor and report on project progress using KPIs, dashboards, and project documentation.
  • Identify and resolve issues and roadblocks to keep projects moving forward and teams doing their best work.
  • Facilitate change management process – Announce, Quantify, Review, Inform, Pursue, Record.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business development, design, engineering, human resources, operations, research, and external vendors.
  • Ensure compliance with internal project management standards and governance processes.
  • Support project intake and prioritization in partnership with senior project and program leaders.

What we are looking for:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
  • 2-5 years of project management experience, in a consulting capacity for a mid-sized or enterprise environment.
  • Proven experience managing multiple concurrent projects with moderate complexity.
  • Familiarity with all project management methodologies.
  • Proficient with project management tools (e.g., Coda, Office 365, Google Suite, Keynote, Mavenlink, Smartsheet, etc.)
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Knowledge of user experience, research and user-centered design preferred.

$75,500 - $94,500 a year
