Senior Product Owner

We are looking for a Senior Product Owner to lead the delivery of strategic digital initiatives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment. This role goes beyond traditional product ownership, you’ll also drive delivery execution, engage with stakeholders across business and technical domains, and help teams stay aligned and productive.
You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to define product goals, shape user stories, prioritize features, and ensure successful outcomes. At the same time, you’ll need the political awareness and executive presence to manage complex stakeholder relationships, navigate competing priorities, and communicate clearly at all levels of the organization.

  • Steward the product vision defined by business or client stakeholders and lead the execution of that vision through clear planning, prioritization, and delivery oversight.
  • Translate stakeholder needs into actionable user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
  • Prioritize backlog items to align with business goals and maximize value delivery.
  • Lead Agile ceremonies and guide teams through delivery sprints.
  • Communicate progress, manage risks, and ensure consistent, high-quality delivery.
  • Facilitate product demos and feedback loops with stakeholders
  • Proactively surface and remove blockers to keep teams moving forward. 

  • 7+ years of experience in product ownership, business analysis, or project delivery roles.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum practices and hands-on experience with delivery teams.
  • Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder environments with diplomacy and confidence.
  • Exceptional communication, facilitation, and leadership skills.
  • Experience working in consulting, government, enterprise, or regulated industries is a plus.
  • Proficiency with tools like Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
