Translate client goals into effective media strategies that drive measurable business outcomes.Deliver Exceptional Client ExperiencesServe as the go-to contact for client communications, building trusted relationships grounded in results and transparency.
Partner cross-functionally with Creative, Analytics, and Strategy teams to elevate campaign performance.Mentor and Develop TalentManage and coach junior team members, fostering growth through feedback, delegation, and support. Ensure quality assurance across deliverables and elevate team output through guidance and collaboration.Drive Optimization and GrowthAnalyze performance data to uncover insights and recommend optimizations. Identify testing opportunities and platform innovations to help clients scale. Proactively flag risks or opportunities that affect client goals and business impact.Contribute to a High-Performing TeamSupport broader team and agency initiatives with a collaborative mindset. WHAT YOU BRING
- 3+ years of experience in paid social or digital media, ideally within an agency environment
- Proficiency in campaign management on platforms like Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Pinterest, etc.
- Client-facing experience with a track record of building trust and delivering results
- Team leadership or mentorship experience—formal or informal
- Strong analytical and storytelling skills; ability to turn data into clear insights
- Proactive, independent work ethic combined with a collaborative approach
- Comfort navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities with focus and flexibility

Salary Range: $75,000 – $95,000The range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired.
