About the Role:
Crusoe is seeking a Workplace Site Lead to manage onsite operations at our flagship data center in Abilene, TX. This is a high-ownership, visible role focused on creating a seamless, efficient, and welcoming environment for Crusoe employees, executives, and external visitors.You’ll be the primary Workplace team representative at the site—overseeing facilities, coordinating with vendors, managing executive visits, and ensuring an excellent employee experience on the ground.
What You'll Be Working On:
- Serve as the onsite lead for all Workplace operations at Crusoe’s Abilene data center
- Coordinate and host executive visits, client walkthroughs, and VIP tours
- Support employee onboarding: space readiness, swag distribution, badge setup, and welcome meals
- Manage office logistics: mail handling, inventory management, vendor coordination, and site cleanliness
- Partner with IT, Security, and Facilities teams to resolve onsite issues and maintain standards
- Provide general administrative support and lead local initiatives that improve the employee experience
- Ensure the physical workplace is safe, functional, and aligned with Crusoe brand and standards
What You'll Bring to the Team:
- 3–5 years of experience in workplace operations, facilities coordination, or administrative support
- Ability to operate independently and take full ownership of day-to-day responsibilities
- Strong communication skills and professionalism with executives, vendors, and employees
- Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Gmail, Forms)
- Comfortable managing both physical tasks (e.g., space setup, inventory) and digital coordination (e.g., scheduling, vendor outreach)
- Known for being reliable, resourceful, and detail-oriented
- Experience in fast-paced or remote-first environments
- Bonus: Familiarity with technical, data center, or energy infrastructure environments

Compensation Range
Compensation will be paid in the range of up to $80,000 -$105,000. Final compensation will be determined by the applicant’s knowledge, education, experience, and alignment with internal equity and market data.Crusoe is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
