The Role
This position is located in Jensen Beach, Florida and is available to local applicants only.
The Salesforce Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying customized solutions within the Salesforce platform. This role supports cross-functional teams by delivering scalable and maintainable Salesforce applications that align with business goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, Apex programming, and integration best practices.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Design and implement customized Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and declarative tools.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using APIs and middleware.
- Create and execute unit tests, integration tests, and automated test scripts to ensure code quality and platform stability.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal functionality.
- Maintain documentation of system configurations, customizations, and processes.
- Stay current with Salesforce releases and recommend enhancements to improve system capabilities.

- Experience with an ERP system (i.e. Microsoft D365), a CRM platform (i.e. Salesforce), and Accounting Seed would be preferred.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience
- 3–5 years of experience in Salesforce development and administration.
- Proficiency in Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce APIs.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (Developer II preferred).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
