Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounting professional to join our team. In this role you’ll manage core accounting functions across banking, customers, suppliers and month end close processes. You’ll play a key part in ensuring our financial accuracy, compliance and smooth daily operations.You'll be part of a collaborative finance team where your work directly supports the company’s operations and growth. Key Responsibilities:
- Handle Daily Banking: Process transactions in EUR/USD, perform weekly reconciliations, and support cash flow forecasting for the treasury team
- Customer Accounting: Prepare and send invoices, follow up on unpaid accounts, and release orders in Oracle
- Supplier Accounting: Enter and validate invoices (Oracle & Coupa), manage payments, and update tracking files (e.g., vehicles, mobile phones)
- Expense Management: Review and post employee expense reports in Oracle/Concur
- Tax & Compliance: Prepare and submit VAT and other regulatory declarations
- Month-End Close: Assist with reconciliations, prepare accruals, and review balance sheet accounts to ensure accurate reporting
Essential Qualifications :
Education & Experience:
- Bac+2 in accounting with at least 5 years of experience
- OR a Bachelor's degree in accounting with 10+ years in a similar role
Technical Skills:
- Solid knowledge of general accounting principles
- Proficient in Excel (pivot tables, lookups, etc)
- Comfortable working with Erp systems (Oracle strongly preferred)
Language
- Working proficiency in English (Written and verbal)
Please note this is a hybrid role with 3 days a week in our Orleans office.

Nous recherchons un (e) comptable, rigoureux(se) et expérimenté(e), pour rejoindre notre équipe afin de gérer les opérations clés : banque, clients, fournisseurs, clôtures mensuelles, etc… Vous jouerez un rôle central dans la conformité et le bon déroulement des opérations quotidiennes.Vous ferez partie d’une équipe financière dynamique. Responsabilités principales :
- Gestion bancaire quotidienne : Traitement des transactions en EUR/USD, rapprochements hebdomadaires
- Comptabilité clients : Envoi de factures clients par courriel, relance de comptes impayés, validation de commandes dans Oracle.
- Comptabilité fournisseurs : Saisie et validation de factures (Oracle & Coupa), gestion des paiements, et mise à jour des fichiers de suivi (véhicules, téléphones portables, etc…).
- Gestion des dépenses : Vérification et comptabilisation des notes de frais des employés dans Oracle/Concur.
- Fiscalité & conformité : Préparation et soumission des déclarations de TVA, DES, honoraires, C3S.
- Clôture mensuelle : Préparation des provisions (FNP/CCA/comptes 63), réconciliations AR/AP, révision des comptes du bilan pour garantir une information financière fiable.
Qualifications requises :
Formation & expérience :
- Bac+2 en comptabilité avec au moins 5 ans d’expérience
- OU BAC en comptabilité avec plus de 10 ans dans un poste similaire
Compétences techniques :
- Solide connaissance des principes comptables généraux
- Maîtrise d’Excel (tableaux croisés dynamiques, recherches, etc.)
- À l’aise avec les ERP (Oracle fortement recommandé)
Langue :
- Maîtrise professionnelle de l’anglais (écrit et oral)
