Job Description:


We are looking for a Data & Automation Intern to join our Customer Experience Operations team. This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills, attention to data accuracy, and a proactive mindset for driving operational efficiency. You will help us consolidate internal and customer-facing data to improve team performance and enhance the experience of our users. Your work will directly contribute to optimizing internal processes, automating repetitive tasks, and building visibility through dashboards and metrics. You don’t need to be highly technical or able to develop complex tools, but you should be comfortable working with data and basic automations to support strategic and day-to-day initiatives

Core Responsibilities:


  • Create and maintain internal dashboards to track operational performance and customer engagement metrics.
  • Assist with workflow automation across our Customer Success platform using DevRev’s native capabilities.
  • Consolidate and clean internal data to ensure accurate reporting and visibility
  • A collaborative team player who takes initiative and ownership.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process inefficiencies and propose scalable solutions.
  • Support initiatives that enhance the customer journey by using data to identify bottlenecks and opportunities.
  • Monitor key metrics and help flag early indicators of risk or opportunity.
  • Participate in internal reviews and contribute to building scalable CX operations.

Qualifications:


  • Pursuing a degree in engineering, data science, or a related field.
  • Basic proficiency in SQL and working with datasets.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate clearly in English (both written and verbal).
  • Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Comfortable using spreadsheets and dashboard tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, or similar).
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • A collaborative team player who takes initiative and ownership.
