Job Summary:
Drake is seeking a Strategy Analyst to support the development and execution of long-term business strategies through data-driven insights and modeling. This role requires a highly analytical and process-oriented individual who can interpret data from multiple sources, build strategic frameworks, and provide actionable recommendations to senior leadership.Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to identify business trends, risks, and opportunities
- Build and maintain strategic models to support business planning and forecasting
- Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to drive high-impact initiatives
- Create dashboards and data visualizations using Power BI
- Apply AI modeling techniques to enhance forecasting and decision-making processes
- Contribute to the development of strategic plans and performance metrics
- Present findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders across the organization
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, or a related field
- Proven experience in strategy, business analytics, or financial modeling
- Strong proficiency in Power BI and experience with AI or predictive modeling tools
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
- Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently
- Highly organized, process-driven, and detail-oriented
