Als WerkstudentIn in unserem Münchner Büro suchen wir dich zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt. Bist du zuverlässig, engagiert und neugierig? Dann wäre das vielleicht der optimale Job, in dem du parallel zum Studium wertvolle Erfahrungen in einem kleinen, feinen Pharmaunternehmen sammeln kannst und für unser Office Management zu einer wichtigen Unterstützung wirst.

Deine Aufgaben:

Unterstützung bei der allgemeinen Büro-Organisation und -Verwaltung
Unterstützung bei der Organisation von Team Events und anderen Veranstaltungen
Projektbezogene Tätigkeiten (Zusammenarbeit mit Abteilungen Marketing, Medical Affairs, Finance etc.)
Mitarbeit in der Arbeitssicherheit (Erste Hilfe, Brandschutz)
Kommunikation mit externen Lieferanten, Ansprechpartnern und Besuchern

Requirements

Dein Profil:

Immatrikulation an einer Hochschule/Universität in einem relevanten Studiengang, z.B. Betriebs- oder Volkswirtschaftslehre oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
Selbstständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse - schriftlich und mündlich
Serviceorientierte, positive Grundhaltung und Freude an Kommunikation
Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office-Programmen
Interesse am Pharmamarkt wünschenswert
Verfügbarkeit bis zu 20 Stunden/Woche (in den Semesterferien auch Vollzeit möglich) für mindestens 12 Monate
