Job Description


Can you create original content and craft persuasive copy that drives conversions across landing pages, emails, and ads? We're looking for a talented B2B Copywriter to join our Demand Generation team and play a crucial role in fueling our marketing and sales success.

Landing Page, Funnel & Website Copywriting:


  • Craft persuasive, user-focused copy for website landing pages, product pages, and conversion funnels, ensuring alignment with CRO objectives to boost engagement and conversions.
  • Develop and refine website content for key pages (ad hoc/as needed) to improve conversion rates, user experience, and support SQL generation.

A/B Testing and Optimization:


  • Develop and refine copy variations (e.g., headlines, CTAs, body content) for rigorous A/B testing across all digital assets.
  • Analyze performance data to iterate on copy and continuously improve conversion rates.

Advertising Copy Development:


  • Write compelling, high-performing ad copy for Google (Search, Display), LinkedIn, and other social media campaigns, optimized for click-through rates (CTR), MQLs, and conversion.

Email Campaign Copy:


  • Create and optimize email content (e.g., nurture sequences, newsletters) for lead generation, nurturing, and retention, focusing on high-performing subject lines, body copy, and CTAs to drive engagement and conversions.

Customer Insights and Research:


  • Leverage audience insights, customer feedback, market research, and competitor analysis to inform and refine copy strategies, ensuring messaging is resonant and effective.

SEO-Driven CRO Copywriting & Thought Leadership:


  • Develop and write one in-depth, SEO-optimized article, integrating high-performing keywords into conversion-focused copy to maximize both organic traffic and MQLs, while combining product know-how, brand voice, and SEO keywords into a coherent whole.
  • Create engaging organic social media posts to build our brand community, distribute content, and drive traffic.

Strategic Content & Reporting:


  • Research and write diverse reports, ranging from persuasive marketing collateral to data-driven, technically accurate academic-style reports, serving as high-value lead magnets and establishing thought leadership.
  • Craft insightful LinkedIn posts for key personnel.

Foundational Messaging:


  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive messaging and communication guide and foundational boilerplate content to ensure brand consistency and a unified voice.

Qualifications


Education:

Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in English, Journalism, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Experience: 3-5+ years of experience creating high-converting copy for B2B (ideally IT/SaaS) 

Writing Skills:

Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading abilities with a diverse portfolio demonstrating a range of B2B SaaS writing styles, including persuasive marketing/conversion copy (ads, emails, landing pages) and research-driven, academic/technical style reports or white papers.

Creative & Strategic Thinking:

Ability to develop creative, engaging marketing narratives and produce clear, concise, technically accurate reports, while strategically considering data insights, business objectives, and campaign goals.

Analytical & Optimization Skills:

Solid understanding and practical application of Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) principles and SEO/SEM, with experience in developing copy for A/B tests, interpreting results, and utilizing audience research to inform copy decisions.

Collaboration & Organizational Skills:

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders; highly adaptable with strong organizational and time-management abilities to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
