About Your Impact:
As a key member of our team, you'll be instrumental in shaping how our global workforce learns and develops. What You'll Do:
- Craft Immersive Learning Solutions: Architect and build engaging e-learning courses, interactive modules, and comprehensive blended learning programs. You'll weave together multimedia, simulations, and real-world scenarios to create truly impactful educational content.
- Innovate with Technology: Be an expert in utilizing our suite of authoring tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Camtasia) and Learning Management Systems (LMS) to create seamless, high-quality digital learning environments. We encourage you to explore emerging technologies, including AI-driven content and advanced analytics, to elevate our offerings.
- Collaborate and Cultivate: Work hand-in-hand with subject matter experts (SMEs) across various departments – from Product and Sales to Customer Service – to translate complex topics into clear, concise, and compelling learning objectives and materials. Your ability to build strong relationships will be key.
- Globalize Learning: Adapt and localize instructional content for our diverse international audience, ensuring cultural relevance and linguistic accuracy (e.g., Spanish translation and cultural adaptation expertise).
- Measure and Optimize: Dive into learning analytics and feedback to assess program effectiveness, identify areas for enhancement, and continuously refine our instructional designs to maximize learner performance and retention.
- Design for Agility: Develop adaptive learning paths and concise microlearning solutions that provide just-in-time support, allowing our learners to access knowledge precisely when and where they need it.
- Manage End-to-End Projects: Take ownership of instructional design projects from initial needs analysis through to final deployment and evaluation, ensuring timely delivery and high quality.
What You'll Bring:
- Solid Instructional Design Foundation: A strong understanding of adult learning principles and recognized instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM, Agile).
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Multimedia Design, or a closely related field. A Master's degree is a plus!
- Proven Experience: At least 2+ years of dedicated experience in instructional design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work in e-learning development and interactive multimedia content.
- E-learning Tool Mastery: Expert proficiency with Articulate 360 (Storyline, Rise) is essential. Familiarity with other tools like Captivate and video editing software (e.g., Camtasia) is highly valued.
- LMS Savvy: Demonstrated experience working with and optimizing content for various Learning Management Systems (LMS) and understanding of SCORM standards.
- Analytical & Data-Driven: Ability to interpret learner data and feedback to inform design decisions and prove learning effectiveness.
- Exceptional Communication: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to simplify complex information. Proven cross-cultural communication skills for developing content for global audiences.
- Collaborative & Adaptive: A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, agile environment with evolving priorities. Excellent time management and project management skills are a must.
- Problem-Solving Innovator: A natural curiosity for identifying learning challenges and designing creative, impactful solutions.
- Mobile Learning Acumen: Experience designing content optimized for various devices and mobile learning platforms.
