We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join our Product & Engineering Operations team. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker who excels at transforming complex data into actionable insights that drive business growth, enhance product performance, and improve marketing effectiveness. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Security, to build a data-driven approach that influences key business decisions.

Key Responsibilities


Data Analysis & Insights- Analyze complex datasets from Product, Engineering, and Marketing to uncover trends, correlations, and opportunities for growth.- Develop predictive models to anticipate product adoption, customer behavior, and operational inefficiencies.- Provide actionable insights independently to improve product features, customer satisfaction, and marketing strategies.Reporting, Visualization & Automation- Build and maintain real-time dashboards and automated reports using tools like Power BI, Excel, and JIRA.- Present findings through visually compelling reports and presentations that communicate insights effectively to stakeholders.- Automate data collection and reporting processes to minimize manual effort and enhance data accuracy.Collaboration & Communication- Partner with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Security teams to ensure alignment of metrics and reporting.- Facilitate data-driven decision-making across teams, supporting strategic initiatives.Continuous Improvement- Work with the Operations team to identify gaps in data processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.- Mentor junior analysts and contribute to developing data analytics best practices within the team.

Required Skills & Qualifications
