Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the business relationship with the client.
- Build relationships through client engagement and ensure clear and concise communication, in a high-profile, high-performance environment.
- Manage expectations and feedback.
- Deliver outcomes that exceed the needs of Senior Stakeholders whilst ensuring Algo is not commercially impacted.
- Inventory Management
- Work with the suppliers and the retailers in implementing and maintaining the core range and New Release and Promotional orders.
- Provide excellent service levels in the overall management of the various accounts/categories.
- Demand Planning - effective demand planning delivering long-horizon forecasting
- Ensure Process Documents for specific category/vendor/retailer is always up to date and accurate.
- Working onsite at a client in Melbourne.
Qualifications Needed:· Business/commerce background/degree· A minimum of 3 years work experience in retail· Experience in inventory management and demand planning.· Strong communication skills are essential· Fluent English literacy skills (written & verbal)
