Our mission is to empower artists, venues, and event organizers to connect with fans through seamless, personalized, and data-driven digital experiences.YOU ARE A  dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to drive the acquisition of new customers in the music and entertainment sector.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales, a passion for music and entertainment, and the ability to articulate the value of our digital fan engagement software (mobile apps, websites, CMS, and AI ticketing solutions) to prospective clients. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying and closing new business opportunities with artists, music venues, festivals, promoters, and other key stakeholders.YOUR IMPACT AND AREAS OF FOCUS:

  • Prospect and Generate Leads: Identify and target potential clients in the music and entertainment industry, including artists, music venues, festivals, promoters, and event organizers, through research, networking, and outbound strategies.
  • Build Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their unique needs and challenges to position our software as the ideal solution.
  • Drive Sales Process: Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, including conducting product demos, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and ensuring successful onboarding.
  • Product Expertise: Become a subject matter expert on our digital fan engagement solutions (mobile apps, websites, CMS, AI ticketing), effectively communicating their value proposition and ROI to prospects.
  • Market Insights: Stay informed about trends in the music and entertainment industry, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to tailor pitches and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Collaborate Internally: Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align on go-to-market strategies, share customer feedback, and ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas for new customer acquisitions, contributing to the company’s revenue growth objectives.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, pipeline, and client interactions in the company’s CRM system.

WE'D LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU IF YOU:

  • Above all, you’re a “HUNTER”
  • Experience: 5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in software, SaaS, or technology solutions targeting the music, entertainment, or events industry.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the music and entertainment sector, including key players, trends, and challenges faced by artists, venues, and promoters.
  • Sales Skills: Proven ability to prospect, build relationships, and close deals with a consultative sales approach. Experience managing complex sales cycles is a plus.
  • Technical Aptitude: Comfortable discussing and demonstrating software solutions (mobile apps, websites, CMS, AI ticketing) to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling pitches and proposals tailored to client needs.
  • Self-Starter: Highly motivated, organized, and able to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Tools: Proficiency with HubSpot), Microsoft Office, and virtual meeting platforms 
  • Travel: Willingness to travel occasionally for industry events, client meetings, or trade shows (up to 20%).

  • Established network of contacts in the music and entertainment industry.
  • Experience selling digital or fan engagement solutions (e.g., ticketing platforms, mobile apps, or CMS).
  • Familiarity with AI-driven technologies and their application in ticketing or fan engagement.
