Job Title: Senior Solutions Architect IV
Job Location: Belleville, IL (Scott AFB)
Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Solutions Architect to drive technology transformation and modernization efforts while ensuring adherence to lifecycle management and governance best practices. This role demands expert proficiency in hardware and software asset management, coupled with experience in PaaS/SaaS architectures, cloud computing, and cybersecurity. The ideal candidate will be adept at process analysis and policy development, contributing to the efficient and secure management of IT assets at our on-site location at Scott AFB.
Must have an active and transferable DoD security clearance with current investigation at the required level. Must be able to maintain the required clearance
Required Education/Experience:
- Technical Bachelor's Degree (Mathematics, Science, Engineering, or Computer Science) or significant professional experience. Masters degree highly desired.
- 7+ years of experience
Required Skills:
- CRM or ERP PaaS/SaaS Proficiency: Hands-on experience or strong understanding of platforms like Salesforce, ServiceNow, SAP, Oracle NetSuite, etc. Ability to architect solutions that integrate with or leverage these platforms.
- Cloud Computing Expertise: In-depth knowledge of major cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and their services. Ability to design and deploy secure, scalable, and cost-effective cloud solutions.
- Expert proficiency in Technology transformation and modernization
- Expert proficiency in Lifecycle Management and governance best practices
- Proficient in Platform- and Software-as-a-Service Architecture
- CRM or ERP PaaS or SaaS training (such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, etc.)
- Cloud computing and cybersecurity training
- IT asset management certification (e.g. Certified IT Asset Manager (CITAM) or
- equivalent)
- Expert proficiency in hardware and software asset management
- Proficient in process analysis
- Proficient in policy and standard operating procedure development
- Asset management and tracking training
Desired Skills:
- Asset Management and Tracking Training: Familiarity with asset management and tracking methodologies and tools. Understanding of how to implement and manage effective asset tracking systems.
- Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex issues, identify root causes, and develop effective solutions.
