About the Role


McLean & Company is looking for a strategic, hands-on Marketing Manager to help us grow our business by generating high-quality leads and driving pipeline. You’ll lead the planning and execution of full-funnel marketing programs, working closely with teams across paid advertising, SEO, CRO, and sales.You’ll work cross-functionally with key partners in paid advertising, SEO, conversion rate optimization (CRO), Marketing operations and sales to build coordinated campaigns that generate pipeline and fuel company growth.

From lead generation strategy and nurture programs to lead management and sales support, you’ll own the plan and performance of our demand generation engine.This is a great opportunity for a results-driven marketer who loves building campaigns, optimizing the funnel, and aligning closely with sales to deliver measurable impact.

What You’ll Do


Website & Conversion Optimization


  • Improve key web pages to increase lead generation and conversion.
  • Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to ensure messaging and visuals align with campaign goals.

Lead Generation & Campaign Management


  • Develop integrated campaigns across digital, content, and event channels.
  • Partner with internal teams to launch targeted campaigns and landing pages that convert.

Lead Nurture & Automation


  • Build and optimize automated nurture programs to move leads through the funnel.
  • Personalize outreach using marketing automation tools and align messaging with sales.

Sales Enablement & Collaboration


  • Manage Salesloft to support timely, effective outreach.
  • Coordinate with sales enablement to keep programs aligned with campaign priorities.

Funnel Management & Reporting


  • Track lead volume, quality, and conversion rates.
  • Work with Marketing ops to build dashboards, identify funnel bottlenecks, and recommend improvements.

Planning & Performance


  • Present acquisition plans and report on campaign performance.
  • Adjust tactics based on results and ensure alignment with company goals.

What You Bring


Education & Experience


  • 7-10 years of experience in B2B marketing with a focus on demand generation, campaign management, or acquisition marketing.
  • Proven experience designing and executing lead generation and nurture programs that drive measurable business results.
  • Experience supporting sales teams with marketing tools and aligned outreach efforts.

Skills & Strengths


  • Strategic mindset with strong hands-on execution skills.
  • Strong knowledge of marketing automation platforms and CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot or similar).
  • Familiarity with Salesloft or similar sales engagement tools considered an asset.
  • Highly collaborative with a proactive communication style and cross-functional coordination experience.
  • Data-driven approach to marketing with experience in campaign analysis and funnel optimization.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
