The
Associate Marketing Strategist is responsible for developing marketing initiatives for specific market segments, solutions, and campaigns with the guidance of business and marketing leadership. The scope of this job includes conducting research, creating messaging, and executing comprehensive multi-channel marketing campaigns that fuel the growth of key markets and segments.This position is based at WellSky’s World Headquarters in Overland Park, KS. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee marketing programs and ensure channel effectiveness, measurable results, and timely follow-up by sales team
- Work with solutions management to support new product launches, retention campaigns, and monitor selling of strategic add-ons.
- Manage creative and development for demand generation programs which may include but not limited to copywriting, content marketing, and product marketing.
- Work with the events team to manage currently planned events and identify new potential events, support sales outreach to drive qualified new prospects to events, and manage and track the follow-up process post-event.
- Plan, create, own, and maintain social media campaigns.
- Drive email marketing programs including strategy, calendar, content creation and execution, as well as landing page and campaign creation in Marketo.
- Responsible for all paid advertising efforts including creation, execution and post-campaign reporting.
- Work closely with sales team to accelerate sales efforts, and actively monitor and report on MQL generation, conversion, and influence.
- Create and evolve messaging for presentations and outbound talk tracks to optimize for conversion.
- Perform other job duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- At least 0-2 years’ relevant work experience

- Ability to travel up to 20% based on business needs
- Willing to work additional hours or irregular hours as needed
- Must work in accordance with applicable security policies and procedures to safeguard company and client information
- Must be able to sit and view a computer screen for extended periods of time
