This role will focus on advanced Force.com platform development, delivering high-quality, scalable Salesforce solutions in partnership with global teams and US-based stakeholders.

The position is based in Chennai, India. This position is based out of one of the offices of our affiliate Acqueon Technologies in India, and will adopt the hybrid work arrangements of that location. You will be a member of the Acqueon team with responsibilities supporting Five9 products, collaborating with global teammates based primarily in the United States.

Key Responsibilities


  • Deliver robust and scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales, Service, Experience, and CPQ Clouds using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and declarative tools.
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications and deliver production-quality code that meets performance and security standards.
  • Collaborate with Salesforce Admins, Business Analysts, and Delivery Leaders to design, build, and launch high-impact solutions.
  • Integrate Salesforce with external applications via REST/SOAP APIs and iPaaS platforms such as Workato.
  • Participate in backlog grooming, sprint planning, and Agile ceremonies to ensure on-time delivery of prioritized work.
  • Conduct peer code reviews and support team-wide standards around secure development, test coverage, and documentation.
  • Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and development tooling to drive delivery efficiency and quality.
  • Actively participate in solution architecture discussions and ongoing platform enhancements.

Key Requirements:


  • 5+ years of Salesforce development experience, with a strong command of Apex, LWC, SOQL, and declarative tools such as Flow Builder.
  • Active Salesforce PlatformDeveloper II certification required. Architect certifications strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain scalable solutions across multiple Salesforce clouds.
  • Strong knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD tools (Flosum, Git, Gearset, etc.).
  • Experience working in Agile delivery environments with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with CPQ or Revenue Cloud (RLM) a big plus.
  • Experience with iPaaS platforms, such as Workato, to build enterprise-wide integrations a big plus.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce data model, security architecture, governor limits, and performance optimization.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
  • Positive, collaborative attitude and the ability to thrive in a global team environment.
  • Must reside in Chennai, India.
