HR/Payroll Senior Integration Engineer
What you will be doing:
The Senior Integration and Interface Engineer plays a key role in new client start-up implementation projects in a fast-paced, growing, flexible environment. Senior Integration Engineer works directly with the HR and Payroll functional consultant and/or other external interface specialists to ensure that data is properly transferred, transformed, and analyzed. Starting and keeping data flowing smoothly and securely to our applications is critical to our business mission and growth.
Key Responsibilities
New Client Start-up Implementation – 90%
- Manages 3rd party system integrations to/from Premier HR/P solution
- Collaborate with Lead / Architects to develop automatic integration solutions that improve product over time
- Determines and analyzes interface/integration capabilities between client hospital information systems and Premier products by reviewing specifications and working with interface vendors and client technical teams to determine the best interface options.
- Analyzes raw data for structure, format, content, and relationships to ensure compatibility and requirements for the various analyses performed.
- Develops and maintains scripts, regular expressions, and other data transformations needed to support data interfacing.
- Generally, sets up data processing for new clients to ensure proper data flow, analysis, and reporting.
- Serves as a liaison with vendors, clients, and consultants to resolve data integration issues.
- Collaborate with the Clinical and Quality Assurance teams to ensure proper data context, mapping, and analysis processing.
Client Technical and Data Support – 10%
- Provides application and client user support.
- Performs ad-hoc queries to troubleshoot and ‘sleuth’ data issues; often because of client Help Desk issues.

Required Qualifications
Work Experience:Years of Applicable Experience - 4 or more yearsEducation:High School Diploma or GED (Required)
Preferred Qualifications
Experience:
- APIs and Microservices Development
- Scaled Agile (SAFE) software development methodology
- Angular or other web-based development platforms a plus
- Data Transfer and Communication Technologies
- Excellent communication and data analysis skills

Jobs are sedentary if movement is required only occasionally, and all other sedentary criteria are met.Premier’s compensation philosophy is to ensure that compensation is reasonable, equitable, and competitive in order to attract and retain talented and highly skilled employees.
Premier’s internal salary range for this role is $80,000 - $148,000. Final salary is dependent upon several market factors including, but not limited to, departmental budgets, internal equity, education, unique skills/experience, and geographic location.
