Workplace Experience Coordinator (Staffing/Contract Role)


Location: New York CityType: 25 hours per week (M-F, 9am-2pm)Duration: 1 year contract with potential to extendPlease note: This is a staffing/contract position. Cardlytics is partnering with a Staffing Agency to fill this role. The successful candidate will be employed by a Staffing Agency and assigned to Cardlytics.

Job Summary


Cardlytics is seeking a service and detail-oriented Workplace Experience Coordinator to join our team. You will play an important role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by supporting employees, managing office supplies and vendors, and maintaining a pleasant work environment. The ideal candidate can work both independently and collaboratively. They will possess a customer-service mindset, excellent organizational skills, strong written and verbal communication skills, the ability to multitask effectively, and the ability to anticipate employee and office needs.

Key Responsibilities


  • Primary contact for employees, guests, and vendors
  • Maintain office cleanliness and safety standards 
  • Manage food & beverage ordering including lunches, snacks, and employee events
  • Plan, coordinate, and host employee events and activities
  • Manage office supplies ordering and inventory 
  • Coordinate with building management and vendors to keep the office and equipment operating efficiently 
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety guidelines
  • Support projects that improve team operations, services, and/or employee experience
  • Manage phone calls, emails, letters, and packages like a pro
  • Administer relevant local office communications to employees
  • Maintain office systems and databases

Qualifications


  • Experience working in a corporate/office environment in a similar role 
  • You love helping people 
  • You are detail oriented
  • You must be a self starter who can work both independently and collaboratively 
  • You are tech savvy and have experience with Google Suite and Slack or similar softwares
  • You have event planning experience
  • You can handle multiple tasks and requests without breaking a sweat 
  • You must have reliable transportation, a car is a plus but not required

Preferred Qualifications


  • Undergraduate degree preferably in business, hospitality management, architecture, interior design, or related field.  
  • Advance knowledge of Google Sheets/Excel (e.g. vlookups, pivot tables, etc.)
  • Experience with 2D and 3D design software (e.g. Adobe suite, AutoCad, Sketchup, etc.) 
  • Experience with space & capacity planning software 

Technical Environment


We primarily use macOS and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides). While our preferred platform is macOS, we support both macOS and Windows. Familiarity with or willingness to work within this environment is required.
