The Role
We’re looking for a sharp, proactive Executive Assistant to support our President and executive leadership team with precisions, discretion, and purpose. This is a high-visibility role where trust, consistency, and strategic thinking are key. You’ll be the right hand to our top leaders—anticipating needs, managing priorities, and ensuring the business runs smoothly behind the scenes.
What You’ll Do
- Provide high-level administrative support to the President and executive leadership
- Mange calendars, travel, and communications with efficiency and confidentiality
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, events, and follow-ups
- Prepare reports, presentations, and materials with polish and accuracy
- Serve as a liaison across departments, helping drive alignment, and execution
- Support special projects and strategic initiatives as needed
