We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Culture Strategy Intern to support culture-related initiatives aimed at aligning and integrating two organizations following a recent merger. We are committed to fostering a culture of continuous growth, collaboration, and innovation. This internship is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in shaping workplace culture, driving employee engagement and performance, and facilitating change management during a critical period of organizational transformation.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in Culture Integration Efforts
Support the development and execution of strategies that foster a cohesive and inclusive culture across the merged organization.
- Conduct Research & Benchmarking
Research culture best practices in post-merger integrations and provide recommendations for implementation.
- Support Internal Engagement Initiatives
Help plan and implement employee engagement activities, listening sessions, and communication campaigns designed to build trust and promote cultural alignment.
- Collaborate Across Teams
Work closely with HR, communications, DEI, and leadership teams to ensure alignment of culture-related messaging and actions.
- Survey and Feedback Analysis
Assist in gathering, analyzing, and summarizing employee feedback to assess culture health and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Track Progress and Impact
Help measure success of culture initiatives through dashboards, reports, and storytelling.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, Business, Sociology, or a related field.
- Strong interest in workplace culture, change management, and organizational development.
- Excellent research, writing, and communication skills.
- The ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
- We are located in Jeffersonville, IN. You must be willing to work in this location; PharmaCord does reimburse for tolls if applicable, at the frequent user rate. This rate is applied after 40 trips per month (valued at $678.60 per year)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience or coursework in organizational culture, DEI, or internal communications.
- Previous internship or project experience related to mergers/acquisitions or organizational change is a plus.

Physical Demands & Work Environment:
- This is a full-time exempt position.
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to sit, use hands to type, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. Must be able to type 35 WPM with 97% accuracy.
- Ability to sit for extended periods of time.
- This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, etc.
