Founded in 2021, Edge is part of a larger family of fintech brands underneath our parent company, NinjaHoldings (www.ninjaholding.com). NinjaHoldings’ brands include CreditNinja, a nationwide online consumer lending business established in 2017, and NinjaCard, a neobanking platform focused on consumers in the emerging credit space.The EDGE business is at an inflection point where we’ve proven our platform’s value with early adopters, and we’re ready to go full-throttle into our target markets.

Job Summary


As a Sr. Implementation Associate (Analytics), you'll work directly with customers to implement Edge’s products, interpret key risk analytics, and ensure a successful onboarding experience. You’ll help new customers understand and apply data-driven insights while also serving as a liaison between Product, Engineering, and Customer Success.This role is ideal for someone early in their career with a background in analytics, consulting, or fintech, who’s eager to learn, grow, and impact in a fast-moving environment.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead analytics onboarding and implementation for new customers using Edge’s analytics products
  • Interpret complex financial datasets (e.g., income, balances, transaction data) to provide actionable insights to customer stakeholders
  • Translate technical data concepts into plain language for varied audiences, including credit, risk, compliance, and executive teams
  • Conduct configuration testing, troubleshoot integration issues, and help optimize customer workflows
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Data Science, and Engineering to surface bugs, edge cases, and opportunities for improvement
  • Create and maintain onboarding documentation, FAQs, and customer-facing guides
  • Partner with Sales and Customer Success to support pilots and expansions
  • Help ensure customers derive maximum value from Edge’s platform post-launch

Requirements:


  • 1-3 years of experience in analytics, consulting, customer-facing implementation, or technical support
  • Medium proficiency in SQL and a willingness to learn additional tools and frameworks (e.g., Python, Postman, JIRA)
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Analytical mindset with a high level of comfort working with data in a structured format
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple customer engagements simultaneously
  • Experience in lending, financial services, or fintech is a strong plus
  • Familiarity with AWS or cloud platforms is a bonus
  • A growth mindset and enthusiasm for learning in a startup environment
