Title: Customer Appreciation Specialist


About this Job


Energy CX is hiring a Customer Appreciation Specialist to support our top-performing gifting campaign—the highest-converting strategy in our marketing playbook. In this role, you'll bring creative ideas to life by personalizing gifts, coordinating logistics, and helping the team ship 1,000+ high-impact gifts per month. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role perfect for someone who’s highly organized, creative, and eager to grow within a fast-paced marketing team.

Objectives of the Role


  • Execute creative gifting campaigns that drive meetings and pipeline
  • Build memorable, personalized brand experiences for prospects
  • Gain experience across logistics, campaign strategy, and tools like HubSpot and Cricut
  • Support process improvements and creative brainstorming
  • Grow into a broader marketing or gifting operations role

Daily and Monthly Responsibilities


  • Personalize gifts using tools like the Cricut and handwriting machine
  • Package, label, and coordinate shipping of daily gift orders
  • Maintain accurate campaign tracking in HubSpot
  • Monitor inventory levels, reorder supplies, and organize the stockroom
  • Collaborate with Marketing on new gift ideas, seasonal campaigns, and presentation improvements

Skills & Qualifications


  • Extremely organized and detail-oriented—able to juggle many moving parts
  • Strong time management skills and ability to meet daily and monthly deadlines
  • Excellent communication and team collaboration
  • Creative mindset with a passion for thoughtful details
  • Adaptable, coachable, and eager to contribute to a growing team
  • Experience with tools like HubSpot, Google Sheets, or Cricut is a plus but not required

  • 15 days but highly flexible
  • All major holidays
  • Half day on the Wednesday before Thanksgiving
  • Thursday & following Friday fully off 
  • 12/24 - 1/2 Company break (Subject to be longer, but at minimum, all employees can expect this time off

  • Health - We cover 50% of your monthly premium cost
  • Dental - We cover 50% of your monthly premium cost 
  • Vision - We cover 50% of your monthly premium cost
  • Basic Term Life & AD&D insurance policy- We cover 100%

401(K)


  • Employer match 20% of total contribution on up to 5% of salary
